Managed the overall implementation of the SHEP-CDPB program in partnership with MAFAR-BARMM. Coordinated with 12 farmers’ cooperatives representing over 300 members, oversaw reporting and documentation, managed project finances, and planned field activities. Maintained active collaboration with farmers, government counterparts, and Japanese consultants to ensure effective delivery of program objectives.

Local Consultant – Data Collection Survey on Needs Assessment on Inclusive Community Development

Conducted field data collection across target communities in BARMM, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information gathering for the survey. Facilitated consultations with local government units, community leaders, and stakeholders to validate findings and understand community needs. Provided logistical coordination, consolidated field reports, and assisted in the facilitation of validation sessions to ensure the results reflected the realities on the ground.
