Our Manifesto
We are writing this in the wake of rapidly escalating tensions in the US-Iran conflict.
We have just read about an aerial strike on a oil storage facilities in Oman, the home of one of our dear friends.
Living in the paradigm shift from "clearnet" to "dark forests", we wish to clearly state our own values.
We believe in the beauty of diversity.
We celebrate everyone, no matter their ethnolinguistic heritage, SOGIE, or religious beliefs but reject those who weaponize such.
We advocate active listening to understand a person's story holistically.
We believe that our external identities, the expressions of ourselves that come in the form of culture, customs, or lifestyles, should not conflict with the individual's basic and shared humanity.
We do not condone the violence waged by world leaders.
We are building this space as a beacon of peace and quiet prosperity.
And no, this was not written by AI.
In an era that is blurring these boundaries beyond recognition as AI has been made in our shape, the only thing we can do to determine authentic humanity is to bring ourselves face to face with each other.
Tangible experiences that contribute to a person's growth and genuine connections with others both like and unlike you remain the be the richest things a person could have in their lives.
We hope to be the space that fosters these experiences.
We hope to grow a resilient ecosystem that weathers the passing storms.
One that grows above the concrete and metal, pushing past matters that attempt to extinguish life.
